This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. They have done great renovation at the hotel. Reception, rooms and also they have a new bar at the terrace where you can have lovely breakfast. You feel like at home. Location is perfect too. I recommend every body who wants to feel home in Istanbul....

The hotel is very nice. Especially stuff. Location is very good to get to the touristic place was so easy. I like the bar in the terrace barmaid Umut is making excellent cocktails. Thank you for hospitality I will come to this hotel again.

Great location but very shabby place sheets had stains and other hairs on. The towels were torn and had ink marks. Felt generally a little grimy. Nothing like the picture. The room was in the basement where there is a strong smell of disinfectant. Very overpowering. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was ok with a small selection of bread meat and eggs but had a great view of the city.

The aircon did not work on the first night we stayed, and the shower rose was broken. We reported it the next morning, and found both had beem fixed when we returned thr next evening - thanks yo the staff for their prompt attention. Only other problem we encountered was the dirty drinking glass in the bathroom.

No any facilities in the room 3 lamps were out of service Ref. was empty of anything even bottle of water. Elevator tunnel was empty & I was in the 3rd floor with luggage!! No daily change of towels In general room was not whatever you see in the hotel photo...

Perfect budget hotel in the heart of Istanbul

A very nice budget hotel. Very few English channels but you are barely indoors as all the attractions are within walking distance. We stayed in the newly renovated room and they upgraded us without asking and we were more than pleased.

Very bad experience

The hotel does not have an elevator only steep spiral stair case, so if a traveler has heavy suitcases to carry, you will end up carrying them yourself, The staff will not help. The room we stayed in was dirty and had mosquito's that bit up my wife an I leaving many bumps. The cleaning lady is also the person who prepares the breakfast and I noticed she wiped several areas with a rag, pick-up trash, and took out the trashcan and after this handled the breakfast bread without washing her hands, she is also the one who cleans the rooms. The pictures on the website show clean and good rooms however when one steps into the rooms, it is not what is shown. I had booked three nights and I only stayed the first night, I took a loss, this is how bad I rate this hotel.

Good location and close to major attractions. Very convenient to move around without any need to commute. Daily housekeeping but bed sheets were not changed for my entire 5 nights stay.

More like a hostel than hotel

No toiletries provided. Toilet flush broken. Shower room wasn’t the best...floor leaked. Terrible breakfast served. No working WiFi unless you go to the lounge area. Bedsheets were not changed a single time we were there. Stained mattresses ! Hotel is located in a good place however it’s up on a very steep hill. Taxis don’t like to go there and walking was a workout everyday! Staff are nice and spoke English. Cheap but most definitely not cheerful.

Cheap and good location

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the metro station and a 5-10 minute walk from the main touristic attractions. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend.
