Clean and quiet. Perfect

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has always been good. A few minor issues in the past but my latest experience has been faultless. Cleanliness was excellent. The best I've experienced at any hotel in Turkey (unfortunately, this isn't difficult!). It's also very quiet and the location is great (there is a metro station nearby and plenty of options for buses).

We stayed here for a night and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has it’s own parking spots and there is a taxi point across the street. The hotel has a rooftop terrace/restaurant with an amazing view on the city and the prince Islands. The rooms and facilities are good. The breakfast was delicious. Furthermore the staff is very friendly and helpful. We’d especially like to express our gratitude to Mr. Erkan and Mr. Ayberk for making our stay and check-out pleasant.

Staff, They barely speak english, when I try to further communicate they hang up and say no english. After my surgery I requested someone to help with my bag down. Initial booking, there’s error, sent a message that two guests and will pay 2nd person breakfast. Hotel didn’t bother to reply. On arrival 1st September found that I have to call Expedia.com. I did not like this hotel after getting a real guest service from a different hotel at the same time just a week ago. This hotel was Terribly overpriced for what you get. The room was nothing special, but the worst part was the valet service. They charged me without informing ahead of time. Also they did not mention anything at all, about the perks such as the food discount or room upgrade.

unprofessional check-in lack of information no upgrade though when I asked the receptionist told me this is a superior level ( level 8 ), not the room no discount on food and drinks despite I informed myself. I told my room number wrong while ordering at room service, the one who answered the phone yelled at me on the phone because I said the wrong room number ( the receptionist connected the call so if had asked the receptionist the could easily have answered. After reservation, I texted on Expedia and asked if there is electric charging station is the hotel they said yes, which is true but you need your own cable, which I did not know, And the hotel charges the guest for parking , which is not normal as I stay over several well branded hotels where they don't.

Unsafe and poorly managed hotel

I stayed there 3 nights with my wife. First day when we walked in the room the floor was not clean. My wife used paper towel to wipe it out. Most disturbing was after touring around the city we came back to our room around 6pm our door was wide opened and all of the belongings was in there. Room was not cleaned, dirty but used towels was taking off. We called the lobby and said they will check security cameras. They called back us in an hour and blamed us we forgot to close the door which was a big lie. Cleaning people partially took all the dirty towels and trash but did not do anything else. No responsibility was taking from management. They said we did not closed the door but their cleaning stuff did not complete the cleaning and lifted door wide open. This is the hotel management and professionalism here. Couple of hours later they brought us towels so we can take a shower. Please note very poor managed, unsafe and irresponsible stuff and they are so comfortable about it.
