The room was clean and specious. Location was good to reach city center. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. We reserved an executive suit for 3 people, but the bed was not ready for the third person, we only had two set of towels at the beginning. The room was smelling cleaning supplies very much, if you have allergies that might be a problem. Anyone can enter the elevator and go up to room floors. No security or card activated elevator.
