Hôtel haut de gamme idéalement situé

Les + : Très bel hôtel Chambre grande, propre, équipements et finitions haut de gamme, vue magnifique sur la partie Asiatique d'Instanbul Amabilité du personnel Equipement SPA + Fitness Les - : A priori pas grand chose aux environs le soir car quartier plutôt business Hooka bar : Service catastrophique et pas très bon (même si le chef du personnel a essayé de rattraper le coup de manière plutôt sympathique)

There is no excuse for the poor service that you encountered at Hooka Lounge but rest assured we have taken the necessary steps to ensure such lapses do not occur again in the future.
