Shameful
Publié le 11 juill. 2023 sur HotelsIt is just a shame that this hotel staff lacks honesty and hospitality. We were planning to have a stay at this hotel last week whilst having a stay in a different hotel the following week. However we accidentally ended up booking this very same hotel twice and therefore had to contact both Hotels.com and the director of this hotel in order to explain that the second stay needed to be canceled and reimbursed to us. Outcome? They simply were trying to pass the ball to one another blaming Hotels.com on the hand whilst Hotels.com blaming the hotel on the other hand. It is not only shameful but a quite big rip off. Never ever again. Shameless people.

Propreté, qualité prix et l'emplacement haut top avec le toit terrasse.

Chambre avec aucune vue. Seul fenetre donne sur la cage d'ascenseur. Le prix des extras prestations et services et disproportionné.
3 jours de retards pour mon arrivée a lhotel aucun geste commercial de l'hotel.
Beaucoup d'hotels sur Istanbul ont plus d'hospitalité pour leurs clients.

super rooftop
Publié le 15 mai 2018 sur HotelsHotel agréable mais très mal insonorisé. Le grand point fort est le rooftop, terrasse très agréable avec une superbe vue, de très bons cocktails et bonne restauration.
