The location was good and our only option for visiting family nearby. We spent a month. Although it is supposed to be a non-smoking property, the rooms towels and sheets, all smelled of smoke The air conditioning and fan works sporadically, the apartment was dirty, and not maintained It was very convenient having a washing machine, but there was really nowhere to hang wet clothing and only a few hangers in the closet. The drying rack was broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. Shower head works but doesn’t hang up. Nice to have a refrigerator but freezer section was frozen solid. No dishes stocked in the kitchen but they brought up a bin. The reception desk staff were helpful and polite.

I booked and reserved this place for my parents and paid it in advance but my parents have been charged again when they checked out the next day! I am still trying to reach someone to get at least my online payment back because my parents paid cash! So frustrating and disappointing.

Good new hotel, we stayed for 4 nights not single night the house keeping came to clean our apartment, the bright side of this hotel the man on the night shift were very polite and welcoming helped us to get what were missing in the apartment from bellows and blankets.
