Wonderful front desk person (I should’ve taken her name!) Super impressed with room decor, bed was more comfortable than “big name” hotels. Unfortunately, they were understaffed in regard to housekeeping but they responded quite quickly when asked for fresh towels, etc! Definitely could use an elevator.

Shavings in bathroom sink, hair in tub, hairs on wrinkled sheets as if the bed was made without changing the sheets after the prior guest. The girl at the front desk came and cleaned the bathroom for us and gave us clean sheets and we changed the sheets ourselves on the double beds in the room. If it wasn’t so late when we arrived, we would have not stayed there.

There was an incident in the breakfast room with a guest who seemed mentally ill. The staff person in the early morning didn't seem that capable of handling it. Breakfast was just "OK". Room was absolutely fine.

We had booked this property for an emergency last minute trip (at an inflated rate due to events in the area). When we arrived there were construction workers throwing a party in the parking lot , and as we walked to our room the bass was echoing throughout the halls of the building. Our room was directly above where they were hanging out and due to the hotel being booked up we were unable to be moved. The front desk assured us that “quiet hours start at 8pm” and that “they are usually in bed by 8:30pm” so we accepted that. 8:30pm came and went and the music continued thumping until at least 11pm. The second night we were there we could hear every person in their rooms in our hallway, including screaming children directly on the other side of the wall. The soundproofing at this property is non existent. All in all, not a bad place in a pinch if you are paying normal rates, but we paid far too much for the experience we ended up having.
