Sperlonga-Itri Villa 8 bedroom with swimming pool in private garden

The villa is set in a large private garden, with terraces, shaded area and fantastic views of the mountains and sea in the distance. A swimming pool 8m x 4m on it's own gated 200m2 terrace. There are 8 air-con bedrooms; 4 with double beds and 3 twin each with 2 single beds and 1 single bedroom. Baby cot and extra child bed available. 4 bathrooms, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The house is recently renovated and decorated. There is a living room with sofa, chairs, 50 plasma TV, DVD player and AppleTV. Fibre Broadband Wifi.

Lower ground has one of the double bedrooms, and single bedroom, bathroom and games room. This is on the same level as the swimming pool.

Ground floor has kitchen, dining room, double bedroom and bathroom. This is on the same level as the large terrace and covered outdoor seating/dining.

First floor has a lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom.

The top floor has 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The headroom is limited in parts by the roof beams.

There is a laundry room with washing machine .

Maison au calme avec vue panoramique

Nous Ă©tions 2 familles avec enfants et adolescents. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la maison rĂ©novĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (grande cuisine avec nombreux rangements et 2 frigos, fenĂȘtres Ă©quipĂ©es de moustiquaires, appareils climatiseurs, barbecue, transats, serviettes, sĂšche cheveux, machine Ă  laver, bonne literie..), la grande terrasse et la piscine. Un paintball Ă  proximitĂ© ou les garçons ont pu aller. Plusieurs villes et villages Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  dĂ©couvrir (Formia, Gaetan, Fondi, Sperlonga) et possibilitĂ© de rejoindre Rome par train ou Naples en voiture pour aller sur le Vesuve. Tout Ă©tait parfait.

Un bien agréable séjour

Maison spacieuse dans un cadre calme Les extérieurs de la maison permettent de profiter parfaitement du préau, de la terrasse et de la piscine. Les 2 chambres et la salle de bain seront à réserver pour des personnes pas trÚs grandes (1m70). Sperlonga et Itri sont de jolies villages. Prévoir véhicule pour y aller. (8 et 6 km). On recommande cette villa

We’ve just returned from Villa vagnoli!Wow what a lovely house in a lovely setting!!The road up to the house from Sperlonga was definitely an experience & for me (being afraid of heights!) was hair raising-but you got used to it!! The market was sweet on a Saturday morning too!!Stewart was a great host-always on hand to answer any questions!!Through his advice we got the train to Rome from Fondi & took a boat trip to Positano & Amalfi (rather than drive the road in August!) But we need to go back to complete what we didn’t have time to see!!!Pompeii is a must & was def the highlight of my holiday!!!The villa; is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are great the outdoor space is fabulous- we dined alfresco all the time!!!The mosquitos are quite rife tho (as you would expect in the mountains!) so def take lots of bug spray with you!!!Stefania & Raffelle were really friendly too (poolman & lady who pops in too clean!)Our only downside was the downstairs bedroom was not connected to the main house ant anll, & although it wasn’t a problem at all, I would be nice to know!!Thank you once again Stewart for a fabulous holiday & we’ll hopefully be back one day soon!!!..

We spent an unforgettable week at Villa Vagnoli! Our group of 13 people spanned three generations, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, multiple bathrooms and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.We did our grocery shopping in Itri, just a 10-minute drive away. A car is essential for staying here, as the villa is in a peaceful, secluded location — something we truly appreciated. It was wonderfully quiet and tranquil, exactly what we want on holiday.The pool was a highlight and a huge hit with the children. The surrounding area had comfortable sun loungers and great seating for spending time together.While we mostly enjoyed relaxing at the villa, we also explored nearby villages and beaches. Communication with the host, Stewart, was excellent — he was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish!

Our stay here was a perfect getaway! It’s a hidden gem (literally - chalkenging to find at first, and metaphorically). We loved how easy it was to get to Sperlonga, Itri, and surrounding areas, and the train station made it easy to explore beyond. Definitely have a car for this stay.

Great villa

Lovely villa in a quiet village in the hills above Sperlonga. Huge main terrace and loads of balconies. Pool was cold but we stayed end of April into May. Hot water in the top floor bathroom not great but fine everywhere else (2 other bathrooms).Very well equipped. Just like being at home. We prepared all of our evening meals during our stay and literally everything we needed was available. Also, really appreciated the box of kids toys: Duplo, couple of train sets, board games. We didn't use them but there are also PS2 games and loads of DVDs.If you want a quiet stay in a lovely villa with great views of the mountains and with beaches 15 mins away then this is the place for you. There are no shops/bars/restaurants in the immediate area but you can find everything you need in Itri or Sperlonga 10-15 mins away by car.

Amazing house

We enjoyed staying in this villa with our adult children and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a lifesaver as it was quite hot during our stay. The owner was super responsive and kind - (I got worried about some hill fires early in our stay, he put me at ease and was very reassuring).

Great Property and location

Overall great property, but there are some bedrooms without Air Con, just fans instead. Pool was good, Kitchen was well equipped, Gas BBQ was good. Separate drinks fridge was useful. Lots of terrace space and two large outside tables with umbrellas. Small electrical issue in week 2 was sorted very quickly by Stewart and his handy people without any fuss. Cleaner and pool cleaner came in on Wednesday and Saturday as well, which kept everything clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Great location

The stay at the house was very pleasant. The host was very friendly. The house is very nice and it is surrounded by a nice garden with a pool. It is a good location to visit the nearby cities of Sperlonga, Gaeta and Itri. Even a day trip to Neapel and the Vesuv region is possible.

Nice Villa up on the hill

Villa Wir waren mit 14 Personen fĂŒr 11 NĂ€chte in der Villa Vagnoli. Die Villa liegt oberhalb Sperlonga in Richtung Itri. Die Zimmer verteilen sich ĂŒber 3 Stockwerke. Auf jedem Stockwerk befindet sich eine Badezimmer. Die Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk sind etwas niedrig, da diese direkt unter dem Dach sind. KlimagerĂ€te helfen die WĂ€rme in den Griff zu bekommen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist nicht luxuriös aber vollkommen ausreichend. Toll ist die große Terrasse auf der man die Abende zusammen genießen kann. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist zwar nicht groß, aber fĂŒr eine AbkĂŒhlung perfekt. Die StrĂ€nde Richtung Sperlonga und Gaeta sind sehr schön. Stewart ist ein toller Gastgeber und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die liebe Gastfreundschaft! We stayed at Villa Vagnoli with 14 people for 11 nights. The villa is located above Sperlonga in the direction of Itri. The rooms are spread over 3 floors. There is a bathroom on each floor. The rooms on the top floor are a little low, as they are directly under the roof. Air conditioners help to get the heat under control. The equipment of the rooms is not luxurious but completely sufficient. Great is the large terrace on which you can enjoy the evenings together. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is not big, but it is perfect for cooling off. The beaches towards Sperlonga and Gaeta are very beautiful. Stewart is a great host and was very helpful. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

Brilliant Villa

We had a wonderful family stay, the villa met all our expectations and more. The views are great and the pool area was perfect for the kids. It is well placed for the coast, but also for small inland towns and villages which give the authentic Italian experience. Also, easy and cheap access by train to the wonders of Rome and the craziness of Naples ! We love Italy and would love to return to this villa. We even had a proposal ... great memories. Thank you !

Wonderful property with lovely terraces and pool. We enjoyed the villa and its surroundings very much. Stewart has been very helpful during our stay with everything from WIFI and restaurants. We can really recommend to have a vacation at Villa Vagnoli. Perfect for the whole family, from small children to grandparents. Thanks for a terrific week!

Toller Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und die Abwicklung war super. Unser Vermieter Stewart war jederzeit erreichbar und die BĂ€der und die KĂŒche wurden Mi und Sa auch gereinigt-top! Auch um den Pool hat man sich zwischendurch gekĂŒmmert. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und weitlĂ€ufig, was super ist, wenn man mit Teenies und mehreren Familien verreist. Die Terasse sit grossartig und hat einen tollen Blick. Wichtig: Man braucht immer ein Auto. Wir haben Neapel besucht, Capri, Rom, Vesus etc wĂ€re ebenfalls gut möglich gewesen. Sperlonga, der Ort in der NĂ€he, ist abends ein toller Ort um abends gemĂŒtlich in der Altstadt zu sitzen.

Prima week in Villa Vagnoli

Prachtige villa, veel ruimte, binnen en buiten. Groot terras met fraai uitzicht. Zwembad, goed af te sluiten voor de kleintjes. Voor ons gezelschap, 8 volwassenen en 6 kinderen was het een fijn verblijf. Goed bereikbaar, zelfs een grote camper kon naar boven. Royale keuken, compleet uitgerust Iedereen was enthousiast. Alles (douches, koelkasten, verwarming, enz) werkte. Paintball om de hoek was een succes Kortom, voor een groep als de onze, een aanrader.

Super Haus fĂŒr viele Leute zum zusammenkommen

Sehr schönes Haus, in ruhiger Lage, dennoch recht nah zum Strand (ein Auto ist nötig). Sehr schöne Landschaft drumherum. Touristische Superhighlights wie Rom, Neapel, Pompeji, etc, etc. gibt es reichlich sind aber jeweils ca 2 Stunden mit dem PKW entfernt. Der Strand von Sperlonga und Umgebung ist nah und sehr schön.

Villa spaziosa e funzionale. Bellissimi gli spazi esterni con bella piscina, splendida veranda e ampio spazio per il parcheggio. Ottima la posizione, vicino al mare e alle principali cittĂ . Silenzio assoluto e privacy totale.
