"This resort was a great value for the money. Plenty of amenities. The facility is a little on the older side but it is very well maintained. There is plenty to do in the resort and being all inclusive you don't need to spend much more than for souvenirs, excursions, and tips. Any concern I had was quickly addressed with great customer service. The entire staff was incredible from Sergio at the lobby bar, to Fabiola at the dining hall to Ana from housekeeping and the many others that made our stay carefree, enjoyable, and memorable. A short taxi or bus ride will get you out to the city centers in Zihuanatejo or Ixtapa. I recommend this resort and I will return."
