Casa Marivent - Villa in Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Mexican architect, Diego Villaseñor, designed Casa Marivent as an open space concept using modern minimalism. Five bungalows surrounded by lush gardens, each of them with two single beds and one king size, this place can hold comfortably 20 people.

A huge terrace, palapa living room, swimming pool, dining room, full kitchen, and a bar. The house was built at the edge of a cliff right next to the sea, so you will be able to listen to it right before you go to sleep. This villa is perfect for big families, lots of friends, and small weddings.

At your arrival you will be greeted by Luis, the household, he will show you around the house and make sure you have anything you need. We provide cooking services, available for breakfast and lunch, the cook finishes his/her shift at 5/6PM. We have a privateThe entrance to the house is shared with Casa Lluna, a house located in the same compound, both houses are private and interaction between guests is not accesible. We kindly ask you not to access the other house.

Neighborhood:
We have a private access to a small beach right below the house cliffs: it’s a dirt road a little steep but completely walkable. The house is located at the edge of Ixtapa, it will take a five-minute drive to get to the shops, restaurants, nightclubs and touristic areas of the town. There are lots of different beaches up north from Ixtapa, Playa Linda, Troncones, las Saladitas, Playa Majahua and of course The Island. If you want to go somewhere bigger, Zihuatanejo city is just another fifteen-minute drive away; you can find local markets, fresh fish shops or venture yourself into a trip to one of the many amazing Mexican beaches close by like Las Gatas or La Ropa. You will find so much comfort and privacy that you might not even want to leave the house.
