The property owner was very very responsive! Upon our arrival at 3:10pm, we had issues with getting in the unit. The property manager couldnât get the door pad to unlock the door( turns out the battery to the lock was dead), we were asked to wait at the restaurant until she was able to get her boss to come help âcould be an hour or soâ . The door issue was solved 30 minutes later and we were able to get into the unit. The view from the unit was awesome from the living room and bedroom. The unit was organized and clean. As we settled into the unit we found that the shower (outside the bedroom ) had an issue with a shower head⊠it was totally off, left in the stall and full of calcium leaving the shower functioning with one large stream of water. We had only one wash cloth for the week. The primary bathroom had a bathroom tile loose along the bottom of the doorway. The bathroom door was swollen from the humidity and couldnât be opened or closed without rubbing the bottom of the door on the floor causing a very loud noise when opening and closing.The furniture in the unit was functional but very âtiredâ the couch was stained as were the chairs. The furniture was uncomfortable. The bar stools were wobbly and in need of attention. The patio was lovely to sit on in the mornings with coffee and evening to watch the sunset. The view of the ocean was beautiful.The pools were great and breakfast at the restaurant was a nice way to start the day.
