Maybe 2 1/2 Star hotel, definitely not a 4-Star

Shower leaked, half a roll of toilet paper in room on arrival and asked for more they brought one roll, had to ask for bath towels, room not cleaned for four days during a five day stay (though they cleaned when I asked), pool advertised on property website but told on arrival it didn’t open until later in June even though it was already 33 degrees C outside, management and employees seem content to do as little as possible service-wise to stay in business.

Goede prijs voor 4 persoonskamer. Hygiëne bedden en ruimte waren prima. Voor het hotel voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor een prikkie. 15 min lopen naar een zeer gezellig straatje met cafeetjes en restaurants. Alleen het ontbijt was niet best. Erg jammer terwijl dit niet had gehoeven. Alles was steenkoud en broodjes uitgedroogd.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde, Alsancak civarında heryere yürüyerek ulaşılabilir. Otele sabah ulaştım , oda hazır değil ,hazır olunca haber veririz denildi. İzmir'de 42 derece sıcaklıkta saat 14.00'a kadar sokaklarda gezmek zorunda kaldım. Saat 14.00'da dayanamayıp ben aradım oteli ve odanın hazır olduğunu öğrendim. Sormasam haber verilecekmiydi bilmiyorum. O sıcak havada odaya 1 şişe su bile koymamışlardı . TV çalışmıyordu düzeltilmesini istediğimde uzun uğraşlar sonucu sadece TRT kanallarını açabildiler. Sadece konaklama satın aldığım için yemekler hakkında yorum yapamayacağım. Resepsiyondakilerin belli bir üniforması yok o nedenle kim görevli kim değil anlaşılmıyor.
