Queen bed, flip flop sofa that can make in to a twin, refrigerator, cookstove, microwave, full bath, coffeemaker, cookware, & dishes. Make sure to bring charcoal so you can grill outdoors. Country store within walking distance with deli, pizza, and alcohol available. Morrilton, Ar. is 20 minutes away.
