This location was nice! A nice affordable place that was cute and trendy. It was good for us because we didn’t spend much time at the motel. Some things we did like were the location, cleanliness (excellent cleaning services for our room), and the restaurant (really just a little sandwich shop) offered a great place to hangout along with the fire pits. The cons were the parking lot- very tight and we didn’t even get a spot our last night there, and the lighting in the room- only window lead out to where people walk by to get into their rooms so the shade has to stay closed for privacy and the lighting in the room was not bright enough even with all of the lights on. Overall 4/5

Loved this stay!! It is in a very convenient location and walkable to everything you need in Jackson. The pool and hot tub were great and the theme in the rooms is adorable. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. We loved the two pools and the large hot tub. Our room unfortunately was near the road and a little road noise. Our neighbor checked in late with an outlandishly loud truck and parking is right outside your door.

Very small space. 1bed with bunk bed hang over. Had to pay huge amount before seeing rooms. Went directly back to ofc to cancel and get money back. clerk told us she could not refund without approval from manager and would call. Did not get a call. We left. Surprised Expedia would do that. We lost a lot of money.

Modern in name only

This hotel in Jackson was disappointing. Although it appears to have been updated at some time, Our guest room and the property in general showed signs of age and wear. The beds in our room were too soft or worn to be comfortable and the only seating in the room, aside from the beds, were two metal bar stools. Our room was on the second floor and there are no elevators so we had to carry our 50 pound bags up a flight of stairs. Parking is also limited and when we returned to our room one evening, we were able to park on the property but a considerable distance from our room. The only great think about this property was their onsite Triple M restaurant which had great food and service.
