Posted Feb. 11, 2024 on HotelsI stop in Jackson often on my way to see family in Texas. I always use this hotel as I can count on it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. After 8 times never a problem.

Pros: decent breakfast, room spacious.
Cons: our room was dirty! Like gross dirty. Hair in the shower, orange substance near the toilet on the baseboards. Tile floors need attention not just mopping. They need scraped and corners need cleaned. Disinfecting solution leaves film on everything giving unclean appearance. Kitchen cabinets dirty, range hood so dirty I could write in it.
When I told the front desk they sent someone up to disinfect the floors, clean the cabinet fronts etc. it was enough of an effort that I decided to stay. It bugged me every day.
Housekeeping was not easy to get, but they did give us fresh towels when we asked.
Carleigh was nice at the front desk and did her best to make sure the room was clean.

They need to take Executive out of the name
Posted Feb. 6, 2024 on HotelsMy room was dirty. I brought this up to the front desk clerk, showed her the pictures of my room and what needed to be cleaned, and I gave her 2 hours or more to have someone clean it. When I came back to the hotel, they only cleaned a portion of the room.

New and clean in a safe area convenient to the highway, and yet very insulated and quiet. Best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel, and nicer gym and pool than most.
