I reserved 2 for non smoking & when arrived was told I got smoking had to prove I was right but rooms was nothing like photos bed was uncomfortable & pillows was garbage the my other room had bed bugs strips
Housekeeper kept walking in the room without permission while we were inside. The first time the latch was on the door but the second time it wasnât. Housekeeper knock and proceeded to walk in. The pillows had stains on it with no pillow cases.
Too many people hanging outside the hotel around the entrance the stairs to get to you room in front if your room door drinking beer smoking cigarettes and being loud ⊠I was afraid as it was only men hanging out and it was just me and my 8 and 10 yr old
Lady at counter was amazing. So nice, sweet, and polite. The room was way below par. There were stains on the sheets, mattress wasnât too bad, and it just felt dirty.
The room had Black Mold in it. I requested and received cancellation. It also appears the owners are running some kind of sales/shipping business in the lobby and out the back door of the lobby. VERY SKETCHY PLACE
Room was good for the price. Older motel but rooms were clean, including sheets and beds were comfortable. Tv remote didn't work properly but that was the only complaint we had about the room. This hotel is good for a short stay, not a vacation motel. Breakfast was not good.
The room was clean but had a bad roach problem. There were actually baby roaches in the refrigerator even after wiping it down inside and out. Breakfast was provided but it tasted stale, not fresh at all. There is also a pool, but it too appeared to not be very clean at all.
We arrived at 8pm after a 10 drive...there were construction workers right outside or door nailing on the underside of the overhang repairing some joists. I finally called the front desk - he was nice and did have them stop at about 9 pm. The room was dirty....literally had something sticky in a huge spot of the carpet so that my shoes stuck to it....the beds were hard and had springs that had sprung and were poking out of the mattress..the pillows were cheap ones that had been washed and had balls of filling so no matter what you did - your head was laying flat on the bed with two balls of stuffing clamped on either side....the ice machine was broken.........need I say more?
Points faibles : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre
Hot rooms, bad service
They do not turn on the air conditioners prior to your arrival, therefore the interior of the room was a sweltering 94 degrees when we arrived. It took 4 hours for the air conditioner to finally cool the room to a tolerable level, and that was only after nightfall. The manager said there was nothing he could do.
