not that great

It was in a good location, and looked good on the outside, but was just OK once we got inside. It was slightly shabby, and the desk clerk seemed a bit annoyed. And when we got to our floor, someone had vomited on the carpet right outside the elevator. The desk clerk then also seemed annoyed when we reported this. Plus, it took a long time to get hot water in the morning.

Best hotel stay ever!

Our stay was amazing! I will only stay here when I visit Jackson. The staff was more than just friendly and professional, they were helpful in a way I had never experienced. It was like staying with family and I’m so grateful for Ms. Nikki, Shamika and Moe in housekeeping, Trinitee in laundry and my boy Ken in the kitchen.
