*King* Bed In Heart of City Close to the Reservoir

On a quiet street in the heart of Jackson, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick house is located in a peaceful, kid-friendly neighborhood and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, and a serene backyard. Close to shopping, and dining, but also near sites like the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum, LeFleur’s Bluff State Park, and many more. The house is set up for long and short-term stays.

We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
