Lost hot water for 3 days. They didn’t even bother telling management until day 3. Dirty rooms. Couldn’t get clean towels, garbage bags or more soap or tissue.

The place is short staffed. There was no one there to check in couldn’t check in until evening. We were told that’s it’s not a typical hotel for one nights. They are considered extended stay hotel. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

Room had Asian beetles crawling on walls and ceiling. 3 or 4 rooms had them as well. Did not like the no carpet rooms. Did not like the bed set up. Other guests was very noisy.

This is the bed set up. Uncomfortable, you can hear the springs creak when you move. Not very sturdy.
