This home is located on the ground floor and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful beaches! The Coquina House Studios are equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes 55’ Smart TV with cable, WIFI, full kitchenette and a great vibe.



The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops like Southern Grounds and Homespun, Publix grocery store, an assortment of restaurants like ABBQ, Flying Iguana, Mezza Luna, Sliders Oyster Bar, and more, and bars like Lemon Bar and Pete’s Bar. The kitchenette includes a large fridge, stove top, pots/pans, cooking utensils, Keurig and a microwave! This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi! The clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided

There is a guest manual with an Atlantic Beach guide including local favorites such as North Beach Fish Camp, Ragtime, COOP 303, the Local, and best brunch spots. We also provide information to rent bikes (our favorite way of getting around the beaches). Property sleeps 4 with queen bed in bedroom and full size bed sleeper sofa in living room

We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

This is a good location just off Atlantic Blvd. We could not hear the businesses next door and yes they had crowds, even the washer/dryer (big) and surprisingly quiet. I'm a landlord myself, so the place was clean, everything worked, and we had no real issues. It was great for just the two of us and would like to return for future visits.

Perfect for Two!

This sweet little beach pad is a couples retreat and nice getaway. The property was exactly as described with modern decor and comfort. Walkable location to dinner, cocktails, live music and/or the beach. Hosts were very responsive! Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous

Had a great experience in this VRBO. The unit was exactly as advertised. Super clean, well appointed. It was near the beach in quiet, cute neighborhood, despite being close to Atlantic Blvd. Owner was very responsive to any question I had. I definitely plan to rebook when in the area.

Quality Location Communication

Wife and I had a very last minute trip and didn’t know the area…. to our surprise the unit was centrally located to everything ( great barbecue next door) supermarket and within walking distance of the beach The unit itself was clean spacious tastefully decorated and hard pressed to find a better value.
