The first room we had, had a torn curtain. Jamie very quickly rebooked our room with a view. The rest of the staff were all friendly and helpful as well. We could pretty much walk to wherever we wanted to go.

The rooms need work done on them. The bathrooms need the showers done right, the mold needs to be removed and cracked tiles need repair.

We reserved a room for four nights over a month before our arrival. When we arrived they had to search for a room to put us in. The first night the bathtub dripped all night long. I complained the next morning, and they sent someone up to fix it. Once they fixed it we, we lost our hot water. Complained about that for two days. On our fourth day they had us move to a different room. While it had hot water, the WIFI was atrocious. The next morning we went to check out and the counter lady told us “Since you had so much trouble, we’re going to just comp your stay.” So we left there feeling OK about it, but they didn’t comp the stay, they charged my card full price. The location was awesome but I CAN NOT recommend anyone stay there.

Amazing for the price. The breakfast is good. The coffee was very good! The staff was very nice. Walkable to the beach. You can drive your car right on the beach. Tiki bar right across the street live music and very good food!

The location of the hotel, is excellent right across the street to the Ocean. Sliders Restuarant is across the street and has good food and music. A short drive to Fernadina Beach opens up many restuarant option. The room is just average and the hotel could use some more updating. Overall for the cost is ok.

The stay was not as expected. Trouble with room. Eventually got moved to another because of door lock issues. Moved to a smaller room. Smelled and dated. Beds were uncomfortable. The whole stay felt like a nightmare. There are way better places to stay surrounding this hotel.
