Amelia Island Oceanfront 3 Bedroom - Sandpiper Villa

This renovated  3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront townhouse condominium is the perfect beach vacation getaway.  Nestled in on the south end of south fletcher, quiet and conveniently located to shopping and some great bike paths of the island.  Spacious, the townhome features multi-level living allowing everyone to explore their own special part of the condominium.  

The main level has an oceanfront view allowing you to walk out on the covered porch and take in and enjoy the salty ocean air.  The kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances.  While you are entertaining in the kitchen you too still have a view of the ocean.

The second level features a master bedroom that is oceanfront with a private balcony.  Perfect to watch the sunrise and sunset, by far the best view of the condo.  Master Bedroom has a king bed with a private ensuite bath.  Also located on this level is an additional bedroom with a King bed that is located street side and a guest bath.

Travel to the third level you will find 3rd bedroom which has an ocean view with the bedding of a King and 2 twins.  

The condo has 4 TVs that are located in Living Room, Master Bedroom, Guest bedroom, and 3rd Level Bedroom for your enjoyment.  If needing to conduct business or stream, WIFI is provided.

*Condo is equipped with a Ring Door Bell at the Front Door*
No Bathroom is available on the main level
There is a small swimming pool on the non-oceanside of the complex
Charcoal/Gas Grilling is Prohibited on the property!
No Pets, Guests, or Visitors Allowed! No Parties!
Parking is available for 3 small or 2 large automobiles in the Driveway Only! No Parking is allowed on the Grass!!

Enjoyed our Stay

Overall the place was nice and location could not be better. Short walk to beach and short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach. What a cool little town! Highly recommend!!! We will be back. There are lots of stairs and hard surfaces so a bit challenging for those just starting to walk. We ending up buying 3 baby gates to secure the stairs. I was sure an adult would be hurt trying to protect the baby! Make sure to plan for more than a one day stay when it comes to paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, ect

Condo was in a great location and had amazing beach access. Everything worked and we had plenty of space for everyone. Little thing - but we especially liked the long kitchen table - great gathering place for a meal or family games! We look forward to visiting again!

Great First Family Trip to Amelia Island

We were super thrilled to see that the home perfectly matched the pictures! Very clean and organized. Plenty of space for our family of six. Our 3 girls (17,12,10) loved the loft bedroom and our Son (20), enjoyed the other bedroom all to himself! The large kitchen with enough seating for all of us to eat and play games was amazing and the patio with ceiling fan, I must say, a must in that July heat! Being oceanfront and having an ocean view on all three levels was soo relaxing. And being right next to the boardwalk down to the beach
 priceless!!! We had the best time!!! We will definitely be back again!!!!💗
