If you put lipstick on a sows ear it’s still a sows ear. Girl at the front desk for a check in could hardly speak with all the Hardware in her nose and her lips and her tongue. They obviously pay her too much because she had more tattoos and brains. Obviously because of the low price, when we checked in at 11:00 PM, the balconies and courtyard was filled with low life, to the point where it was an extreme feeling of being unsafe. Had a force of lock on the door, the motel is so old and decrepit, even though newly painted and looks pretty it’s still a dump.

For having a party of five, I really liked having the double room with two bathrooms and two TVs. What I didn't care for was that there were no washcloths provided, however body wash was. Kinda hard to use bodywash without a washcloth. And the floors were extremally dirty. My two small children would run around the rooms with no shoes and their feet were black! Then try to keep them from climbing on the white bed. Not good.

Although we were given a room on the second floor and had difficulty moving our heavy luggage due to the lack of an elevator, the location is very convenient for those traveling by car to the airport, and the facilities and services were reasonable and acceptable for the price.

We booked to stay at Baymont by Wyndham. When arriving at address provided by Expedia found no sign of such property. Instead, at reception desk they had sign indicating this was “Developer Inn and Suites”! We thought Expedia or Google sent us to the wrong address. Turns out this was the right place (they changed names but didn't bother changing signs at property)! Front desk attendant insisted in posting $100.00 deposit charge to my credit card instead of placing a hold, even after I explained my Canadian Credit Card bank charges currency conversions which would reduce my refund by 6%, and that other hotels I just stayed at did not charge at all, accepted cash or were able to place a hold! Room not cleaned, sink left dirty. One bath towel extremely dirty, Missing one face towel, 2 wash cloths and bath mat. Shower glass not cleaned properly. Found 2 cockroaches within minutes of checking in. Broken luggage holder. Breakfast had decent features but always out of something (had to wait till they brought more).

Employees with the exception of Terrance were very rude breakfast attendant very rude. Pool was closed reason we stayed there floors were filthy had to wear shoes the wrong time in room did not feel safe would not recommend or stay there again.

The rating I saw on the app is totally incorrect. This is an 1.0 hotel. Uncleanliness and facilities old and outdated. Room wasn’t clean at all. Hair all over the beds and in bathroom. I’m not trusting any ratings on the website or app again. Truly unfair to travelers.

piss poor

called and called for 2 hours trying to tell them we was running late finally got ahold of someone and they said they would note the account and got there at 5am bo room so since i booked w hotels.com they said i had to call them to get them to reinstate the reservation then i would be good so i did just that when i haf my 5 year old and 7 month old and had just drove 14 hours to finally be called back my hotels to say they asked them to reinstate and they would not i had. 7 days reservation and now had 0 days couldn’t find a hotel had to drive to daytona!
