Escape it all for an easy getaway and stay at our clean, private, cozy home just a few steps from lovely Jax Beach — a half block away. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shops. Fast xfinity wifi, smart TV, beach towels, outdoor sitting area with a grill. Bike, kayak, SUP, and scooter rentals across the street at hotels.

This residence is on the 1st and 2nd floors and is 1 of 4 units in the building.

Private entrance on the ground floor. This unit has a letter "D" right next to the door.

All beds are queen size.

We live nearby and are available for any help you may need but expect that everything will be seamless.

North Jax Beach is a lively area. Beach cruisers (beach bikes), surfers, runners, and beachgoers alike enjoy this area year-round. Extremely close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shops - all fully open with safety precautions during COVID.

Jacksonville Beach Townhouse - Great Location!

We had a fantastic stay over the July 4th holiday with our family! The home was very clean and had everything we needed—a well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a great BBQ area that made it easy to enjoy meals together. The location is excellent—just a short, easy walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend using bikes to get around—everything is close by and super accessible. This was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay near all the fun in Jax Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent weekend stay

Place is really cute and was impeccably clean. Hosts provided everything we needed. The extra blankets was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.
