The living room centers around the indoor fireplace and a flat screen TV, offering a comfortable place to unwind after the beach or a visit to local attractions. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or streaming, letting you stay connected as needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, along with full appliances that keep everyday cooking easy. A dining table for four sits beside the kitchen, and the breakfast bar offers a casual spot for conversation. A washer and dryer add day-to-day convenience, especially for longer stays.

The enclosed Florida room extends your living space and provides a quiet vantage point overlooking the second fairway. You will have access to a community pool, air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a TV, a full kitchen, and bathroom and laundry essentials including a washer and dryer. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Located within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo sits close to local dining, shopping, and area highlights. TPC Sawgrass and the Mayo Clinic are within easy reach, making the home suitable for golf getaways, extended stays, or medical visits.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
