Renovated 1 level home with a King Bed in Master bedroom, welcome to Ocean Star Manor. Perfect for work or play. Super Convenient - tons of shopping & restaurants within 5-10 minute walk, 10 minutes drive to the beach, under 15 minutes from Mayo Clinic and Mayport Naval Base.

75" 4K TV in Living room, 48" in family room, 55" 4k Roku TVs in 2 bedrooms. Currently includes Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime. Super fast 600 meg fiber internet with strong wifi.

Convenient to everything... beaches, naval base, Mayo Clinic and tons of shopping and restaurants. Eating at home? The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, as well as full sets of dishes, glasses and silverware.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the driveway has off street parking for 3 cars. Each bedroom has a tv powered by Roku. The Living Room has a giant 75" tv powered by LG's WebOS and a fireplace with electric log. Hundreds of channels from LG are included with it. Family room has a 48" TV.

There's a vaulted ceiling in the living room, master bedroom and kitchen family room.

The Master and double room each have a 55" HD Roku TV which include HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Youtube and more! Plenty of content for everyone after the beach or whenever you wish. And the 600mbps Fiber cable is than fast enough for everyone to watch their favorite shows at the same time while surfing online at the desk.

Our beds have great mattresses and linens, allowing for a great night's sleep. Master bedroom has a King sized bed. Other rooms have a queen and 2 twin beds. Relax on the bed while watching a great movie or show with plenty of premium channels to choose from.

Some house rules... No Parties, No Smoking (of anything), No Overnight Guests not included in your reservation. Please inform us of anything broken or missing right away so we can fix or replace it for you.

The driveway holds 3-4 cars, plus the street is usually mostly empty. While it's on a quiet cul-de-sac, you don't realize that it's a 2 minute walk to all kinds of shopping and restaurants on Atlantic Blvd.

House Rules:
No Parties
Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am
* No extra guests.
* Dogs: No more than 2 dogs up to 30 pounds each at additional charge of $99 per stay. Sorry, but no cats, bull dogs, German Shepherds, Doberman, Rottweilers, or other aggressive breeds. Dogs must be housebroken.
You are responsible for any chewing, messing in the house, fleas, etc. You need to pick up after your dog both in the yard and when walking on leash.
* Responsible guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Children should never be left alone in the house.
* Guests are responsible for any furniture damaged by pets, children, or themselves.
* We use a guest verification service called Superhog that will ask for your id and to take a photo to confirm you are who you say and that you are not likely to do damage. You need to do this process within 3 days of booking and at least 12 hours before your checkin (for last minute reservations). You will be sent a link to verify within 12 hours-24 hours, usually much quicker. If you don't verify or the company rejects you, your reservation may be canceled.
* No illegal activities
* Breaking house rules can mean immediate termination of the rental with no refund.
* You'll have access from the house into the garage to use the washer/dryer, but no cars are allowed in the garage. There's plenty of outside parking.
* No Smoking of anything, including vape.
* Check in is after 4pm. Checkout is 11am. Please be on time for your checkout as we may need to clean and prepare our home for the next guest at 4pm. Your lock code will start working at 4pm on check in day, and stop working at 11 on your checkout day.
* To keep our house in great shape for you, there may be times when services need access to the property, such as lawn care, pest protection, other repairs. It's rare that anyone will need to enter the house during your stay and we will give warning whenever that may happen.
* If you find anything wrong, report it to us immediately so we can make it right.
* Upon checkout, please put used dishes in dishwasher (we'll turn it on) put used towels in a bathtub, and leave the beds you used unmade.
* There is both a garbage and recycle can outside. If you are there on a Sunday, please roll the cans to the street, and if there Monday, please bring them back to the side of the house after pickup.
* During your stay, please clean up any spills, wrappers, etc. You may be charged for missing, broken or damaged items, as well as additional cleaning fees if house is left a mess beyond normal use. Any smoking in home may require a fee to be determined by the cleaners.
* No same day checkins, we need time to get the house ready for guests.
