The place comes fully furnished with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. 2 Queen beds, 1 Full Bed, clean and comfy linens always provided, towels, shampoo, soap and blow-dryer , Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, unlimited internet, wi fi, microwave oven, coffee, tea

I do my best to make your stay feel like home away from home.
The space
This cozy apartment is located in Moncrief Park. 3 Minutes off of the i95 highway.
3 Security cameras with motion sensor lights surround the house.
The highway is on one side to the house, while it’s sits on a 5,000 sf lot.
You are at the end of the street so you have complete privacy outside of the downstair neighbors which I hardly ever see.

Pull into your personal parking space, step out on to the gravel and walk towards your home away from home.
Once you walk in, you will be in the living room. On your right will be a Big Screen TV Complete with Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, EPSN+, & HBO. If you need to work, under it has a work station with available usb ports and a comfy executive chair that lets you lazar focus, and lean all the way back when you need a break.
In the Kitchen you will see the stove, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot and full kitchen with stone countertop. Open the fridge and grab some water its been a long trip.
The dining table is across, nice, boutique table with high bar stools. Enjoy your cozy breakfast while still being able to watch the morning news. Or grab dinner while keeping an eye on the movie still.
From here you can make your way into your bedroom. The Master bedroom has a 55inch tv mounted for perfect viewing from laying on the bed. Also complete with Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, EPSN+, & HBO. Another room has an arcade. Each room has USB Ports with a multi charging cable just so you can have full battery on every wake up. Overhead light and lamps so you can adjust the light to your comfort.
12 pillows in total so enough to go around.

You have your own driveway that you can park in. A front fence so you can enjoy the backyard with some seats for you to relax in.

The place was really nice on the inside but it wasn’t what the pictures represented. The beds were really nice to sleep on and has very nice AC system. Some minor issues I found were that the tub temperature is backwards, there’s no stopper for the sink, and the couch is old. Other than those I would probably stay here again!

Property was dirty. Floors were not mopped and the sheets on the bed were dirty. Instead of having it cleaned the host offered to refund our cleaning fee? Do not reccomend.

I enjoyed my stay at Eduard's place. Check-in was very easy. Although I didn't meet Eduard in person, communication was great, He answered any questions I had promptly. The place was clean and I appreciated the kitchen because it allowed me cook. I highly recommend Eduard's place.

Not too shabby

The neighborhood appeared to be a little sketchy but we didn't have any issues. The house itself was clean and comfortable. The internet connection was unreliable. The TV's run off the internet. There was a little miscommunication about the check in process, which led to me having to wait to check in until day 2 of my 4 day booking, but the host did allow me to check in earlier than normal on day 2. Overall it wasn't too shabby for the price.

Left after 1st night.

This place is right next to I-95. There is no sound proofing so you may as well expect to hear traffic all night. The place is tiny. It's supposed to house 4 people but I guess you're supposed to eat in shifts since there isn't room or dinnerware for 4 to eat at the same time. There were clothes in the armoire in one bedroom and a fair amount of dust-bunnies under all 3 beds. The rugs were supposed to be white(ish) but no. Checking in was fun. I was asked for names and phone numbers so everyone could come/go as they pleased using the August "app". I was the only one who got the invite. We took a vote that first night and were out of there the following morning. Of course, there was no cancellation/refund at that point so we ate the loss. The owner was very responsive and friendly, so I can only assume he pays a management company and isn't getting his $$ worth.

This house is in the hood! The area is like Flint or Detroit Mi. I felt very uncomfortable from the beginning driving through the neighborhood. The home is located on a dark dead end street literally 50 feet from the busy freeways. Stay inside and dont bring your kids.
