Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIt worked for what we needed. The upstairs bedroom was open on two of the walls which was nice during the day but lacked privacy at night. The snacks and waters were a nice treat. It was a little dated and the floors upstairs squeaked and there were repairs that were either progress or needed to be made but we were only there for one night and it wasn’t anything on function. The host was great and check in was easy.

The rental was great
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe rental was great parking was great for (2) cars. My family greatly enjoyed the patio. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was that the silverware needs to be updated, but I would most definitely would rent
again. 20 minutes at the most to get to the beach. My sister and I really enjoyed the rental.

Property not kept up
Publié le 9 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayAlthough the property manager was very kind, the outside of the property was not well maintained. The grass in the front and back of the property was not cut. It was to my knees with grass and weeds. The neighborhood was very run down and outdated. The neighbors were smoking weed daily. There were no wash clothes for bathing and not enough towels for my entire family. The tubs need to be removed badly. I spent alot of my trip communicating to the owner about the things we needed. She had the lawn care person come cut the grass while we were at the beach and when we came back the grass was not properly cut and the walkway had grass all over causing you to track it inside. As owners you have to take your time and make sure each renter enjoys their stay to the best of your ability. I don't feel that the owner put alot of effort into maintaining the inside or outside of the property. I would have stayed somewhere else if I hadn't already paid.

Good for the price
Publié le 8 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis was a new listing so I was a little nervous since it didn't have any reviews to go off of but everything was fine! We had a party to go to in Jacksonville so the location was perfect as it wasn't too far. The price was good for what you get. Pictures are accurate as well. I will say that there is a Kuerig machine but no kcups so if you need coffee you'll have to bring your own. We were fine without it though!
