Great stay

this is a great hotel with great room views, it is older but clean and the price you can't beat, the river view from the balconies was wonderful, breakfast was great. We always use the Jr Suites River Balcony view and i love it we have stayed several times and am never disappointed

The manager was rude and unprofessional. When I got there even though I ordered river view they advised it was sold out. The manager advised being that I booked through a third party (Expedia) she would not consider accommodating me over her Hilton guest who booked through the their direct company. The room had a hole in the corner of the wall near the floor and the room smelled moldy. Room 1015 Also you can hear the conversations of other guests through the walls on both sides. I typically stay at the Hyatt, but I decided to try Doubletree and I wish I went to Hyatt across the River where I have had the best experiences and the rooms are clean

Let me just say the new manager Kelsey was super sweet. The whole front desk staff were very nice but the hotel is horrible. My room was sooooo outdated, my sink was broken, the room was dirty. The carpet was disgusting and someone was drilling in the next room the whole time I was there. I ended up leaving a night earlier than planned. And i reserved a river front view room and the only options were rooms facing the parking lot. Overall I was extremely disappointed. I really hope they renovate immediately. The place has a lot of potential especially with the new manager. Book a room there with caution!!

Our stay was horrible. The room was dirty from the sheets to the bathroom and floors. I had to go by bleach and clean supplies to clean my room. The sheet were still dirty had to get more sheets from house cleaning who was ver rude. There was bugs on the curtains. The noise at all times was ridiculous music playing all night, Some one was fixing on a room above us doing the day. So we had no rest. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for our anniversary of 15 years and he or I didn’t enjoy. The only enjoying thing was the riverwalk. We also smelled weed smoke in the hallways that was a none smoking hall. We came to this hotel 2 or 3 years ago and we enjoyed but not this time. And all the different charges was crazy, $75 a day to room and breakfast $19.99 needs to be in the booking. I’m very unhappy!!!!! I would never stay again. And the paste on the wall every thing they hit the floor the paste would fall in the bed.

We arrived to the hotel ten minutes til check in and were told to wait because our room wasn't ready. We had reservations at the restaurant right after and needed to get our bags in the room. It wasn't like we showed up hours early. The gentleman suggested that we come back at 4:15 , which would be AFTER check in. Why are the rooms not ready!? We got a suite. Its over 500 a night. You knew we were coming , why wasn't it cleaned !? So after standing there for 20 mins waiting for housekeeping to flip the room to ready we finally get into our room. Clearly the floors weren't vacuumed because there are bobby pins on the floor. There's several stains on the carpet. Water damage on the ceiling. Stains on the furniture, and soap scum build up on the shower doors. We have two balconies. NEITHER door works properly and keeps coming off the tracks. You can see the corrosion and build up on the track. We had to call maintenance who did nothing but push it closed the same way my husband had too. I physically cannot open nor close the door thats how hard it is. Imagine a kid going out and getting stuck WHEN THEY CANT GET BACK IN. This room is a lawsuit waiting to happen. When the door comes off the track and glass goes everywhere, they'll wish they had taken the time to fix this issue. We literally had to SLEEP WITH THE DOOR OPEN. Its June and like 90 degrees out and we're ovelrooking the pool, so imagine the heat and noise. Oh and when I went to go tell them about this issue, of course t

The dining experience was exceptional, complemented by accommodating staff. The panoramic view was stunning, and the rooms were meticulously maintained, with the double balconies providing an excellent feature. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and anticipate a return visit.

The accommodations presented a pristine environment. The front desk staff provided exceptional service and readily met our needs. The vista was breathtaking. We booked this hotel for its location and pool. The pool was hosting a private party until at least 5pm. I was not sure if we could attend, but the noise and very young crowd did not make it inviting.
