The accommodations were comfortable. Our only "complaint' might be that there needed to be more staff at the front desk in the evening. Because we had an early morning medical appt. we knew we would not be able to have breakfast at the hotel, so we opted to purchase frozen sausage/egg biscuits the night before to heat up in our room. There was no staff at the store at that time and only one at the front desk. The line was 3 deep and we had to wait a long time to pay for these, as the one of the guests in front of us had a lengthy encounter at the desk. Perhaps a self-pay option would be helpful.

Friendly staff and lovely hotel it was nice and quiet with easy parking. I enjoyed the stay. I would recommend that they have a more organized lost and found system, I left a bunch of items and instead of just bundling all leftover items together for pick up I had to call in multiple times whenever I found another thing missing to ask them to look for it. They could have just put it all in one and sort by room to make it more efficient.

Arrived at front desk. Three associates engaging in their own conversation. We waited for them to finish and greet us. I finally said “Excuse me, is this where we check-in?”. UNEXCEPTIONABLE NOT the Hilton (or Mayo) experience!!! It made us feel very unwelcome here! This was an isolated incident that applied to the front desk associate only. The room was outstanding (as always) and other associates were very respectful and professional. Going forward, we will reflect on this experience for consideration of hotel stays.

The room was excellent. Parking was great. The cleanliness of the room was superb. The hallways smelled fresh and were well kept. The Cafe area that is open against 24/7. This area provides your coffee tea snacks etc. were-well stocked. We dined in the Coastal kitchen that evening. The food was great however the hostess did not approach the hostess station to seat us for about 15 minutes. This was a Wednesday night We also felt that the wait staff were more focused on certain tables than others. Once again, the room was comfortable clean and we will stay again for certain and maybe give coastal kitchen another try.
