Alexandria (sp?) at the front desk excelled in customer service. We found our room to be clean and very comfortable. My husband has had several appts at the Mayo Clinic over the past several months. Last time, we stayed at the hotel closest to Mayo's campus. The cleanliness and excellent customer service at your hotel far surpasses that hotel.

Above & Beyond

Having a medical condition that requires frequent medical trips to multiple locations this was by far the easiest, nicest and most comfortable stay I have had to date. From checking in to checking out they made sure that I had everything I needed, including a special Mayo Clinic room rate (no matter what day of the week it was). It also should be stated that the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Thank you for making a not so fun visit to Jacksonville, FL much better.

It was great overall but there was an issue with the bathroom fan/light. Major noise so we couldn't use the light in the bathroom. I let them know when we left so they could repair before the next guest. We will stay there again.

Great place to stay in Jacksonville Florida!

The staff was great. Exceptionly clean. Walking distance to shopping and resaurants. Quiet and peaceful. The pool looked nice and clean but it was raining so i can't say how the water was. Spectacular gym area and equipment.
