The cleanliness was not exactly where we thought it should be. My husband said his pillow smelled horrible. Not the pillowcase, but the actual pillow. There was an interesting surge protector just laying on the kitchen counter, where the refrigerator was plugged in. Just not used to this kind of Hilton experience.

The room had a broken sink not letting the water through. Ww asked for help but were told that imust be hair collected there so it still slowly gets water through and we only stsy 1 night.. So we used a kitchenette sink for brushing teeth The refrigirator was on and off because fuses got off by some reason. The kitchenette completion was just a half of whats usually there. I hope thst its just pur room had no proper check up... We were tired after a dsy on the road, so we didnt feel like a changing room after unpacking. Also, the lady at the front told us that she closed the pool alreaxy even though it suppose to work still based on open - close hours stated. A breakfast was good. Beds are ok. So, the service at the hotel is not well for the property itself by my opinion

The front staff was very friendly. The room was dirty- especially the chair at the desk and the floor around that area. I spilled some water and used a towel to soak it up… the white towel was very brown when I picked it up. There was also mildew in the shower.
