The pictures on the Internet are nothing like the room that I encounter. The picture show upgraded rooms and when I got to the property they had none available. The carpet was worn, stretched and dirty there was rust all over the refrigerator and the counters were well worn. I was sent to the property across the street. After looking at 3 rooms I found one that I could tolerate. I checked out as soon as I could find someplace else to stay.

When I walked in the room it reeked of mold, cigarettes, and weed. They offered a different room and it was in even worse condition. I was fairly confident of protecting myself from the guy pleasuring himself while standing in the middle of the parking lot and the other sketchiness, but I wasn’t going to stay in a place that could send me to the ER with asthma attacks. I cancelled my stay and went somewhere else. I appreciated the front desk person’s kindness and understanding, and I’m sorry they have to work around such conditions.

Manager didn’t let me check in because I didn’t enter her office before 7:00 p.m. it was ver dark around the property, even the people staying there were unaware of the office location. When I found out the office location and reached there, a lady came out and told me to stay at Wood-spring suits across the street and come next day. Although when I booked the room, there were no instructions to checkin before 7:00 p.m. I was very desperate and found a place late at night to stay. Next day when I went there, I was told that my booking is cancelled because I didn’t show up and I was charged for 1 night. Manager (that day on duty) told me that he will do booking for me again and asked me to check the two available rooms. But we’re smelly and needs cleaning. Although the it was non smoking hotel, but cigarette filters were all over the stairs. Elevator according to manager was ok but it was out of order for about a months according to one customer. I decided to stay at some other place to avoid having any trouble during my stay.

I had a great stay. My room was updated and clean when I arrived. (love the new decor) The only issue I had was housekeeping not coming on the day scheduled but with one call to the front desk that was handled. Staff very nice and prompt with any issues. Communication was very easy.
