Nice condo, beware the rental management company!
Be warned -- this is not a VRBO booked property. It's advertised on VRBO but only advertised; all payments, check in, and contact goes through the rental company, not VRBO, so you get NONE of the protections of using VRBO. Had I known that, I never would have booked it. The condo itself has dated furnishings and MILDEW in the master bath all over the tub and surrounding the toilet. The location is perfect, though. Vacasa, the rental company, is HORRIBLE to work with. Their customer service is sketchy at best, and multiple times when I called about the reservation the agent couldn't hear me because they were using their personal cell phones with terrible reception/coverage. They also lied to me repeatedly and refused to give me the check in info more than 24 hours in advance--not good as I was traveling and had no access to email or texts. When I called 48 hours prior to AGAIN ask for the check in info (they refuse to answer emails and snottily tell you to call them instead), they once again gave me a run-around about getting the check-in info. WHAT A MESS. I love Turtle Dunes building--nice pool, great views, perfect location. But Vacasa should be avoided at all costs.
