Perfect Beach Condo
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really loved staying at Greg's place. It was clean and super close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool so much and being near restaurants and activities. Greg was so very kind and super responsive, even bringing new beach chairs. We loved the beach vibe of the condo and look forward to this being our annual girls trip condo.

Great Stay

This condo was clean, very nicely furnished, and just as described. The condo is located within an easy walk to the beach and Sliders Seaside Grill, which has really good food and live music.
I highly recommend this condo. We will stay again.

Great Stay for our Ladies' Weekend

It was a convenient location, especially if you have a car to get around to groceries, downtown, etc. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool, walking to the beach, and using the umbrella, pool floats, etc. provided. The kitchen was spacious for cooking, and the living room and balcony provided plenty of comfortable space for socializing. Overall, we had a great time!

Great getaway

Great stay

We were able to cook many meals in the condo and were close to several dining options. Clean and spacious for our family vacation. We would stay again if in the area.

Forest Ridge Condos
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe owners are very informative and helpful throughout the entire booking, arrival, and check out process. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The complex itself seems old and outdated, but the landscape is full of trees and shade.
My only concern was that the location was not 3 minutes in walking distance from the beach. You could not hear the ocean waves nor see the ocean from the condo. It took 5 minutes to walk to the beach and if you are carrying supplies- count on a good 10 minute walk.?It also is not within walking distance to shops or restaurants. The closest restaurant is 1 mile and in Florida’s heat, that isn’t really feasible. It is in a fantastic location for driving to the historic downtown, museum, shops, and restaurants. If you don’t care about an ocean view, then this is a nice place to stay.

I definitely disagree with some of your comments but everyone walks at their own pace so perhaps it took you longer than it takes us, and maybe you didn't find the restaurants and shops that are a 10-15 minute walk from the condo (matching our listing description detail). You can definitely hear the ocean waves at night, and we never claimed to be able to see the ocean from the condo.
I am glad that you had a nice stay.

It had everything we needed, was extremely quiet - no noise from the neighbours. It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Would highly recommend and will likely return. The hosts were great.

Lovely And comfortable condo by the beach

Owners are very responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend, we are likely to rent again next time!
