This second-floor, oceanfront condo is exactly what you need for a breezy stay! The kitchen and living room area are very open and perfect for entertaining as the ocean view stretches across the entire condo. This coastal retreat has a large balcony overlooking the ocean, offering the perfect spot for picture-perfect photos and selfies!
This floor plan has the bedrooms on one side of the condo and the entertaining area on the other. The very large primary bedroom has a king bed. The guest room has two double beds and a bathroom that you can open from the bedroom or the hallway. The location is simply unbeatable; you will be only minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach. The Omni Resort at Amelia Island has access to many restaurants, pools, and bike paths.
Things to Know; Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
