With 18 Ocean Place you deal with us, the owner directly. This is not an investor property rented by a management company, this is our second home. We think you’ll agree the difference is noticeable in the quality of furnishings and the care we take maintaining the unit, and in making it comfortable and inviting.

Our guests will enjoy an experience that is better than other vacation rentals. This is our personal vacation home that we enjoy sharing with others. Our condo is kept extremely clean and we will work hard to make sure you have a wonderful, fun, and relaxing visit to 18 Ocean Place. The mattress is high quality and very comfortable! The bedroom faces the ocean and opens to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Both bathrooms are recently remodeled. The bathrooms are clean, bright, and luxurious..

The new, large kitchen is fully appointed with top of the line appliances, cabinets and countertops. There is a tile back splash and under-cabinet lighting that brightly illuminates the quartz waterfall countertop. Everything is here for you to make a picnic lunch for the beach, or for a gourmet cook to prepare a fine meal. The kitchen opens across a breakfast bar to the dining room which boasts a large table and seating for six. Enjoy conversation or watch TV on the new 65" HDTV in the spacious living room. The seating is comfortable and the view of the waves unsurpassed.

The Ritz-Carlton property surrounds this condo. The hotel building is next door, just 100 footsteps away. The Ritz-Carlton has used our condo many times for their guests when they needed overflow accommodations. They invested in high quality furniture, kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, specialty items, sharp knives, comfortable beds, sheets, blankets, pillows, beach equipment and they were responsive to our inquiries and requests. In short, they created an environment of caring for our outcome. The only hiccup: an insensitive cleaning supervisor, on our departure, who should be ‘educated’ to older folks limitations on speed).

The entire experience was 5 star! I spent a lot of time researching vacation home options in Amelia Island and if you are reading this review and on the fence about where to stay, this place is it. Very well appointed condo with beautiful views and large balcony. It was wonderful being right next to the Ritz Carlton and all the dining options there. We walked on the beach which is lovely. We had a wonderful stay at 18 Ocean Place. It’s a beautiful condo at a great location and lived up to all of our expectations. Thanks to Brad and Aimee for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great weekend!

Some of our family stayed at this condo during our son's wedding weekend. It was a perfect location for all the events going on at The Ritz during the weekend! The condo was so clean and comfortable and we hope to be back to vacation again sometime!

Beautiful ocean view. Absolutely love sitting on the balcony and enjoying the waves crashing. Being right on the beach is my kind of vacation. Having access to the Ritz was convenient.
