This stylish oceanfront Summer Beach home is just too, too much in the best possible way! You'll find two of almost everything which equals maximum enjoyment for your next beach getaway.

Two sliders in the open concept living/dining area allow you to take in the fabulous sunrises not to mention the stunning views of the sand dunes and ocean beyond! Patio seating provides a dreamy spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The super comfortable living area features an extra deep sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table as well as two barstools at the counter.

The spectacular updated kitchen is fully stocked and ready to meet your meal preparation needs. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances complete the picture. It is open to both the dining and living area so the chef can enjoy the party, too! A laundry area is just off the kitchen on the way to the two-car garage. Nearby and rounding out the first level is a sweetly appointed powder room.

Two primary suites upstairs are both furnished with king-size beds and have sparkling attached baths each with gorgeous oversized walk-in showers and quartz topped vanities. Start your day with a stunning sunrise because each room has sliders which lead to a beautifully covered second-floor oceanfront balcony! Or take advantage of the blackout curtains to sleep in a bit or grab an afternoon nap. Bath 2 also features a luxurious tub to soak in after a day spent on the beach along with a spacious double vanity. Large closets allow you to unpack and truly make yourself at home.

Two queen beds AND two twin beds make up bedroom 3 creating a perfect spot for kids or adults. Bath 3 is conveniently located just off this bedroom and includes a lovely tiled shower, quartz topped vanity and recessed shelf to organize your essentials.

A quick 2-minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous Florida coastline. The nearby pool is just a short distance from the home and is the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool. The Summer Beach Village community is also just a short walk or drive away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.

Such an amazing place! It was clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view in a peaceful location. We loved waking up to the view of the ocean every morning. The house is well stocked (both kitchen and beach needs). They did a fabulous job of communicating. We definitely would come back.

Fantastic place! CLEAN. That’s a big deal. Having the extra like beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, extra pillows, extra blankets, being able to change the thermostat. Fantastic views! Fantastic place! Would definitely rent again!!!

We really liked this property. It was very clean, had great proximity to the beach , and had all essential necessities that we needed! We would definitely stay here again! We are senior citizens and it would have been much more convenient if the elevator had been available to transport luggage upstairs! Other than that we had a great experience!

Long relaxing weekend away

This was our last family getaway before our daughter moves to Europe. It was so relaxing to getaway and have family time. The house exceeded our expectations. Lovely, close to the water with beautiful views. We loved the area. Highly recommend.

Short family vacay

This place is perfect, incredible, no recommendations for change or improvement. Well appointed, clean clean clean, the view is UNBELIEVABLE. The location can’t be beat. It’s quite and gorgeous. Don’t choose this if you want to be rowdy-it’s a gem, it’s a treasure and should be treated as such. We can’t wait to come back!!

Generally all great : ). Management is a little in excess with lots of rule and regulations. You'll have to wash your own beach towels if you use them for example or face a charge. Strange given the cost of the place. Cleaners were there very early and waiting outside too, so all in all it was a bit overbearing and took a little away from the relaxing vibe we were after. We had a great time though, it's a nice place.

Perfect Vacation

The condo was immaculate! It's was very clean and newly renovated. The location is exceptional. You are around others, but you wouldn't know it. You are right beside the community its pool and right beside the ocean. We booked this last minute, and we couldn't have found a better location. We are already planning a return visit.
