Please note that the contractor may begin work earlier than November 6 if progress on the first phase moves ahead of schedule. While work is not currently planned directly outside this unit, guests should expect construction-related noise, dust, workers, and equipment on the property. The project will include the use of smaller jackhammers and other construction equipment. Because the work has not yet begun, the level of noise and disruption is difficult to predict and may vary from day to day. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.
