Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean the minute you walk in the front door. This completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect vacation getaway. This luxury condo is located in Amelia South Condominiums, one of the most popular oceanfront complexes on the island. Stunning ocean views can be seen throughout this 4th floor, recently renovated vacation retreat.

The full-size kitchen offers new custom, wood-paneled white cabinets, with stainless steel appliances and elegant dark granite countertops. The center island provides a great place for bar seating to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is open to the great room with a comfortable rattan and glass dining area. The open wood floored living room faces the ocean and offers plenty of seating for the entire family. A blue loveseat and blue sofa that converts to a king size bed for extra sleeping space are situated comfortably in this room. One entire wall is mirrored to reflect the beautiful ocean view from every angle. A large 46" flat screen TV, with DVD, Satellite, and WiFi are provided for your enjoyment. A covered balcony with a wonderful view sits just through the sliding doors off of the living area. Relax under this shady verandah as you watch the morning waves rolling onto the sandy beach.

As you walk into the master suite, you feel like you are floating above the ocean. Glass sliding doors open to the balcony and a full wall of windows gives you breathtaking views of sand, water and sky! The seaside colors throughout this space enhance the views and your vacation experience. A queen-size bed is provided along with ample dresser and closet storage. The spacious master bathroom has a large walk in glass shower and a marble topped custom vanity. Just across the living room lies the second bedroom with the same soothing tones and featuring two full/double-size beds. The guest bath is adjacent to the second bedroom and offers a full tub/shower with a marble topped vanity.

Not only is this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium just steps away from the beautiful beach, but Amelia South also offers a community pool! The popular Surf Restaurant is conveniently located just across the street and provides a wonderful vacation atmosphere to enjoy a tasty dinner and tropical drinks while listening to a live band! First time to Amelia Island. Great condo in great location. Beautiful beach. Host company was very good to work with. Shopping and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. Nicely stocked condo. "Starter set" of supplies (hand, laundry, and dish soap, paper towels and TP) was much appreciated. There is a hair dryer in the master bath. Everyone was very friendly on the island! Looking forward to coming back.

This condo was clean and beautiful! The balcony was the highlight, we experienced beautiful sunrises and enjoyed being able to hear the ocean. The location is great, close to many wonderful restaurants and activities. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect spot for a RELAXING vacation

A perfect spot. Our condo was right on the beach with a perfect sunrise view! We were looking for a ‘chilled 0ut’ beach vacation. The beach wasn’t heavily populated but in town had lots of folks. The restaurants were great and we loved our beachfront condo. The building exterior was a little dated from the street but the condo was super cute and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.The management company was very communicative the onl drawback was a 4p check-in after flying in from the north.

Quick retreat

We booked based on the view from the balcony and very happy we did. Very relaxing. Living room furniture had been upgraded from what was pictured. Relatively quite complex with elevators and carts to get all our stuff up and down. Property management staff very helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

This condo was great. It was clean and was spacious. They had more than enough amenities as in TP, laundry detergent and even beach chairs and boogie board. My only dock for cleanliness was the washing machine. It is moldy on the inside lip

Great Long Weekend

Property is located right on the beach, a short drive to beautiful downtown Amelia Island and it’s many fantastic restaurants. Enough to do to keep the teens and kids happy but without feeling like a bustling tourist town. Could not have asked for a better location that has every amenity you need for a beach vacation without feeling “busy”. Will definitely return.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The hurricane came through during our stay. The host were wonderful to check on us and make sure we were ok. I received messages throughout the week as well. They are very responsive quickly. I didn’t need a thing. Condo was stocked very well with everything.
