Generous windows, a beautiful oceanfront setting, and a lovely community swimming pool await at this ground-floor condo in Ocean Place, a private gated community on the southern end of Amelia Island.

Come home from a day spent on the sand to find an open living and dining room with plentiful windows that frame the ocean. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as two access points to the patio - one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an open closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The queen guest bedroom has a private bathroom, as does the third bedroom.

Amazing Location

This Unit is so amazing if you have younger children. The ability for them to run in and out of the first floor patio entrance to the beach and the pool was amazing !!

Great place!

For over 25 years, we have stayed at Saint Augustine Florida and decided to change it up this year. We are so glad we did. My whole family was able to go and the place we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It was very spacious and loved the individual rooms With individual bathrooms. Easy access to the pool and to the beach was an important thing. It was a quiet and very personable place to go. We had one incident with the dryer, which was broken when we first got there and unfortunately got fixed in the latter part of the week but they did fix it and the guy Ben was very helpful and fixed it. Hopefully next year we will be able to stay in the same place. Can’t wait! This is our new destination place.

Perfect for what we needed.

While the condo is dated it is exactly as it looks. We had a disabled person with us so the 1st floor condo was exactly what we needed. There were issues with the ice maker so we bought a bag of ice. One reccomendation, the condo could use some beach chairs.

The view and location next to the pool/boardwalk was fantastic! Very accomodating for my senior family members. The unit itself needs some TLC & updates but the basics were covered and the beds were comfortable.
