Great little place in Sawgrass!

Relaxing location

Publié le 9 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe came to Ponte Vedra from Naples to explore the area. This home was a great place to stay inside Sawgrass Community. Very clean and nice home to stay. We stayed for a long weekend.

Long Term or Short Term a Great Property!
Publié le 10 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for almost a month. My husband had surgery and then we stayed post op for a few weeks to be close to his Doctor. This property and neighborhood is great. Furniture is comfortable, tv's are very good. Nice yard and a very quiet environment. Loved being close to just about anything you could need!

Cute house, Great location

The house was very clean, well-stocked, & in a prime location for fun at the park (basketball, playground, walking trail, beach volleyball, etc) or pickleball etc if you are willing to pay a fee. The pool and other amenities were close by and easy accessible. Close to the beach!
Brenda was super responsive when I had questions and even had a repair man come out to the house asap when the fridge wasn’t cooling properly.
The back yard felt very private and was perfect for grilling and hanging out.
Would definitely recommend!!

Family vacation and fun
Publié le 30 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property and neighborhood are beautiful. The beach and lots of restaurants were no more than a 10 min drive with traffic. The kids loved the bunkbeds and games, and the fire pit is perfect for unwinding after long days. Ms. B was the perfect host and very responsive to all questions and concerns. We will MOST DEFINITELY book again.

Perfect house for me
Publié le 8 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayFirst of all, it was well stocked with all supplies. Comfortable furniture and furnishings. Nicely decorated. Convenient to pickleball, shopping, beach, and it is a gated community so I felt very safe. Owner was very available for questions.
