The first room they put us in reeked of urine! Because this hotel allows pets, it was clear that pets said soil the carpet and I just sprayed air fresh to clean it up. There were dogs in the breakfast area and dogs all around the property. Well, I love dogs and even own one, I do not want to stay in a hotel room where dogs are previously been in and sold on the carpet!

Did not get down to eat breakfast but did see they had a nice setup. I would come again at another time. Nice surprise was that it was next to a public library. Shopping area was close by too.

An excellent place to stay in Jacksonville.

During my recent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Jacksonville Butler Boulevard, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and amenities. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. My suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen was a convenient feature, allowing for in-room meal preparation. Each morning, I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options, and the breakfast attendant’s warm hospitality made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and dining establishments. Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Jacksonville area.

Place was great for the price. We did have a room with a leaking sink. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, but overall our stay was quiet, location was convenient, and the process was easy. Our loft room had adequate space for three guests.

A nice time.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Jacksonville Butler Blvd and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered spacious, comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with a decent variety of options. Short trip to Jacksonville

We were in town to go to the Gator Bowl, and this Hotel was about 10 miles away. The hotel room was clean and breakfast buffet and area was good.

Rooms were big by comparison. Clean. Good value. Check in was not smooth. Surroundings needed attention. Weight room just stunk. Car up on jacks !? Mold on exterior needs removing. Transients made it feel unsafe.
