Donna was quick to supply any and all information needed to make our stay perfect. When we arrived, the unit was clean and neat and everything was just as described. We immediately put our things down that we bought and walked out to the back porch (although I am not sure you could call it that - it was just an extension of the living area) and sat in the chairs and admired the view which was perfect. The first night, we were able to watch the moon rise and we got up early each morning to watch the sunrise. The weather was wonderful - not too hot and not too cold - just perfect. It was almost like we were on a private beach. We had stopped by Publix on the way because, we knew when we got here we would not want to leave so I cannot recommend any eateries. This was a trip for our 38th wedding anniversary - not a "monumental" year but since I am currently being treated for stage 4 breast cancer that is now in my lungs (I went through all the treatment 6 years ago for stage 1 breast cancer and was declared cancer free but it came back one year ago in my lungs), I did not want to waste the celebration. Little bit of downer there but it was the perfect place to be to celebrate an occasion that was special. Thank you Donna for allowing us to enjoy your perfect place. I hope we can come back one day.

Great 3 day stay
Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe lived in Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and go back a couple times a year to visit friends. We always stay in a condo on the beach in the same area as this one. However, this was our first stay at this particular condo. It was excellent! Very clean, well kept, perfectly furnished and Donna has equipped the unit with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and there are even beach chairs and umbrellas available. Our only difficulty was with the electronic keyboard to enter the unit. I've used those things many times and never encountered one as confusing and loud as that one when it opens. Once you figure out the system, it's pretty easy to use but not intuitive at all. Be patient when you first get there! I used a few words I'm not proud of.
Regardless, I would highly recommend this unit and we will certainly be booking it on a future trip.

FANTASTIC PLACE

We will definitely book and stay in this condo again!

Beautiful and relaxing
Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayA wonderful stay at this beautiful condo located on the Oceanside. Amazing sunrises and a beautiful beach for our early morning walks. Spent every evening sitting in the lanai enjoying the sound of the surf looking out at the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine.
Highly recommended!!

Everything you need

Brief vacation stay
Publié le 10 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything was wonderful!! Loved the location. The only issues we had was the hallway as getting repainted, new carpet so alot of dust was brought into the condo. And a ceiling fan would have been helpful in the bedroom as it was hotter than the rest of the condo. BUt overall, a wonderful experience.

Glad you loved the location and everything was wonderful.
The hallways are complete and everything brand new. Thank you for understanding the circumstances. I did not know about the need for a fan. There is a box fan in the master closet and a rotating fan in the living area.
The air conditioner quickly cools or heats to your comfort level and is new.
The filters are changed monthly, and the unit is under a maintenance contract. I strife for perfection in cleanliness, comfort, and view.
