This two-story oceanfront home offers everything a vacationing family or group of adults could ask for! The sandy beach is just steps behind the house and you will have three patios to enjoy your views from! The living room is a great place to unwind and relax after a sunny day at the beach; watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV, or head over to the beachfront deck for a relaxing evening sipping on a delicious smoothie or iced coffee. Laundry shouldn't be a problem as this home provides guests with a spacious laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a laundry sink.

Our second time staying in this beautiful ocean front home with plenty of space. Easy access to the beach. Great views and deck is perfect for watching the ocean and the beach. Lots of light inside the house and great extra living area downstairs. Kitchen was good although we didn’t cook meals just snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful home, great location

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and was very clean. There were only two of us so we didn’t use the first floor bedrooms or bathrooms but they all looked very nice. Loved sitting on the deck watching the waves. Check in was our only challenge, the keypad did not work so it took about 40 minutes texting with the VRBO folks to get access to a lockbox with a key. Not fun after a long drive, however once we were able to get in, we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

This house has a great beach front location. It suits having a master suite upstairs and the other bedrooms on the main floor. But there was a lot of dust downstairs, the oven and stovetop dirty as were some of the pots. There were very little kitchen supplies. The furniture was jarring with odd animals and flying pigs with a dated master bath.

Amazing beach house

Amazing beach house that was clean and the managing company was very easy to work with. Beautiful walking beach with beach bars a short walk away (1 mile). Four bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our all girls week.

Great time

The house is very comfortable and well located. It's close to good restaurants and five minutes from Fernandina Beach. We will definitely stay there again. Our only suggestion would be to bring your own beach chairs, but you can rent them just down the road if needed.

Roomy house on the beach

This house was perfect for 4 adult couples. We all had separate rooms and baths. The porches are amazing for coffee and dolphin watching. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dinning. Great table for board games as well.

This is by far our favorite house on the island

Our family has stayed on this island for more than 15 years and by far this one is our favorite
 However, Vacasa has raised the price by 35% and we will no longer be staying in this house. Greed is not good for repeat customers!!

Great property and amenities! Beach access was perfect.The only thing lacking was more parking space

Everything met our expectations. We could not locate kitchen towels, and the dryer door needs adjusting

This is a beautiful home with a fabulous view and just steps from the beach. LOTS of room and one of the best things is that every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is FANTASTIC!!! We will be back!!!

Nice location on the beach, well-stocked supplies, unit clean and towels plentiful. Unit needs some attention(dishwasher needs repair, cabinets quite worn and dis-organized, regular coffee pot) but the sight is great and we enjoyed our stay..4 stars

House was beautiful! Perfect location. Walk right out to the beach. Loved that each room has a bathroom. More amenities than were even listed. Very comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back for the second annual family trip to Amelia!

Beautiful Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay at this house on the beach. We loved the location and easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The view of the beach and ocean from the central living area was absolutely magnificent. The house had adequate accessories for cooking, but the eating area table could have been bigger. The only other negative is the short driveway that puts your vehicles very close to the busy main drive, but nothing can be done about that. Once again, we enjoyed it very much and look forward to staying again.

Very comfortable home right on a beautiful beach. Easy to relax! The only complaint is with the property management. I emailed ahead of time to ask about certain amenities so I’d know about what to bring. Turns out they were wrong about everything I ask about and were generally unhelpful.
