Was a hassle that check in was in one building and the room was in another. Lot of walking that didn’t seem necessary with all the bags. Would have been great to have a checkout key drop in the building with the lions share of the rooms in it

I found two bugs inside my room crawling around. I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. It wasn’t until after 4pm that someone finally came to clean my room. The carpet was dirty and there were stains on the walls in the bathroom. The shower had not be cleaned. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. For the price that I paid to stay here I’d like a refund.

Property was nice. Kids loved the pool. Continental breakfast closed pretty early and we were not aware of that, but the ladies in the kitchen were so helpful and kind. The suite was a decent size, but nothing great. Just enough for 4 people. The floors and furniture were not looking the cleanliness. Other than that everything else was good.

The shower flooded the bathroom with just one shower...the entire floor! The refrigerator would. Ot work unless we kept the refrigerator open....and the people above us we could hear stomping ...i therefore feel as if it was overpriced!

Great location and great pool

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel this year. We traveled with family and rented two rooms. It’s pretty pricey but we enjoy the amenities and location. It’s a clean hotel but this time we stayed in room 353 and had trouble with the door shutting and the tub draining. They were minor inconveniences but for the price you pay you really expect better quality. Coffee is always great, breakfast choices are just so so. We always enjoy the pool and the food at the bar is always pretty good.

This was our second stay at this property. Both times we felt comfortable and well cared for. The hotel is clean and well maintained with several options for meals and a great pool area. While it is not right on the beach, the short walk is very accessible. You are also close to the state park entrance. We will definitely return!
