The beach view was alright for the partial view we had. Complimentary breakfast was good. No issues beside the low water pressure in the shower and the balcony door handle was broken so didn’t get time on the balcony.

I really enjoyed this place! First time staying in Jacksonville and I feel like their location is perfect. We were able to walk to go get dinner every night, very nice location. Only complaint would be something not in their control and that would be that it seems to be an attractive area on the weekends for partying/drinking so it lol would get kinda noisy all throughout the night. Other than that, great location, AMAZING complimentary breakfast, very clean and everyone was absolutely so sweet and helpful.

Room was great with incredible view. The staff, however, misinformed us about parking, and we received a parking ticket because of it. They should have free parking for their guests or at the least something in writing concerning parking instructions.

Best Beach Front Hotel.

OMG. What can I say???Springhill Suites, Jax Beach is amazing. Super clean, super sleek, located in the middle of restaurants/bars and on the beach. Breathtaking views from all sides but I would definitely upgrade to the ocean view because it has a sitting balcony and chairs. Every corner of the hotel is clean and modern. We were able to find free street parking both nights. Apparently the public lots cost on the weekends. If your traveling on a modest budget, I wouldn't do valet. Great burger spot is Relish with the best pumkin pie milkshake that is 2 blocks away. I would also recommend Dockside Seafood (2 miles away). I didnt get a chance to try the onsite restaurant but the breakfast was great. The hotel itself is quiet but Saturday night the area is lively. Very safe area but great people watching and some noise outside on the street balcony view. I cant wait to return. The bars nearby looked ready for Sunday NFL football with big screens and plenty of seating. Oh and staff were always present, ready to help or assist and the cleaning crew comes daily.

The staff was excellent throughout. Friendly, courteous, always ready to assist. The view from our room, exceptional. Much more expensive than most SpringHill Suites properties. But understandable considering the its prime beachfront location. Needs a bit of updating, decor a bit ragged here and there. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. And we thank the entire staff for making it so.

Loved the view. Loved the staff. Allison was a little standoffish (not as friendly). The pool had to be repaired/drained on the only day with no rain. Would love to stay again.
