Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Renewed townhouse, 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths located in Jax Beach, just a minute (approximately 130 yards/2 blocks) walk to the ocean. Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

Loved to property & location. We live in another Beach location in Gulf Shires, AL but wanted to go boating and take our small dog to a dog friendly beach. This place was perfect for what we wanted. The property was well stocked and exceeded our expectations.

A short walking distance to the beach is what we were looking for! We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise each morning on the beach as we drank our coffee. The duplex is beautifully decorated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable

This stay was fantastic! Everything was clean and nice at check in, they respond quickly, and the property is just perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and an easy walk to the beach! Was impressed with the appliances quality as well. Check out was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced, which alleviated any stress when leaving. Highly recommend this stay!

The house was great! Perfect little place to stay close to the beach (just a few minute walk). It is also very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, fully stoced kitchen (plates, cups, pots/pans, utensils), had a coffee bar with coffee, bikes, wagon, beach chairs, toys. The neighborhood was safe. We would 100% stay here again when we come back.

This was a beautiful place to stay and had everything we needed and more!! They provided lg bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and much much more!! Made it so nice to not have to pack all the extras like that!! We spent a lot of time on the beach as it was a short 2 block walk. They provided a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, cooler literally everything you can think of!! Definitely a 5 star place with great owners to deal with!! You will love this place!!!

Awesome location! Beautiful, spacious place, really close to the beach! The bikes are absolutely a must if staying in the area, these MADE our trip along with the beach and awesome owners! Would definitely book here again!

Cute & Cozy

Absolutely loved our stay. The house is cozy and 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the resturants and things to do. My family has been coming to Jacksonville and leaving right before the 4th of July rush for a few years now and this place did not disappoint. The host and hostess were fabulous, very kind. My kids loved the patio area, perfect for when the adults would like to relax but the kids still want to be outside.
