Relax and unwind at the brand new Get A Wave, a fully furnished four bedroom luxury townhouse that has everything you need. Walk to the beach as you will only be 7 blocks away, and centrally located to great restaurants, breweries, and Publix. This beautiful new townhome is fully stocked and provides you with everything you need for a get away.
Jacksonville Beach is a coastal resort city in Duval County, Florida, United States. It was incorporated on May 22, 1907, as Pablo Beach, and would later change its name to Jacksonville Beach in 1925.
Guests will have full access to the home.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. There is a dining table with four chairs and four barstools at the kitchen counter. There is also a high chair for the any little ones.
There are beach towels provided for your use, along a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys! The beach is a 7 block walk directly down the street.
Bring your pups, as the back and side yard are fully fenced in. There is also a back patio with lounge seating and a grill.
The living room space has plenty of seating. Enjoy a smart TV with Roku, board games and jenga.
There are four bedrooms on the upper level and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a luxury mattress and attached bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided along with a hair dryer.
There are two other bedrooms each with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The washer and dryer are located on the upper floor with the bedrooms.

Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.
General Guidelines
âPets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. âGarage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed. âAge Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains. âNo Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. âTrash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. âDamages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. âDishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. âWindows: Keep windows closed for security. âLaundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. âStorage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked. âConsumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. âFurniture: Do not rearrange. âParties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. âOnly registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking. âIllegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction. âQuiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Everything was great. Good communication. House was clean and ready for us. It was bigger than what the pictures show. Very surprised at how much room we had. We had six adults and two children. Great location for walking and plenty to do near by.
The condo was fabulous. It was clean and well maintained. We loved it. Our issue was with communication and service:I never got a confirmation email from the property manager/owner nor did I get instructions, pass codes, and guidelines from the property management. I sent two messages msg to their Vrbo inbox and got no reply. We drove by the property and got a phone number from the sign in the yard. I called and left a msg and they texted me back within 5mins. The text were short, dry and unprofessional. The person finally sent me check in info and the password to the condo. We never heard from them again. I texted the robot to say we were checking out and got a âThank you â. This is pathetic!!!
Nice property and we had an almost perfect stay, with the exception of the dining room chairs being way too flimsy and the situation not being addressed. The chair were so flimsy that my 82 year old father, who weighs under 160 pounds fell to the floor during our first family breakfast, when his chair completely fell apart with no warning. Of course this was upsetting to the entire family, as we had hoped that he would be able to really enjoy his entire birthday vacation without incident or injury. I reached out by email to share the incident with the owners and was disappointed not to have received a response to check on my dad at all. I thought that they were nearby as the listing said. It was only the 1st full day of our stay when this happened. No call was received and no email until our checkout day concerning the incident. Trash was also left in the garage before we arrived, which my husband believes was the cause of small flying insects inside the home. I'd just be cautious of chairs from this point on. After that incident, everyone was afraid to sit in them, realizing that they weren't very well put together. So much for dining together at the table. Hopefully, they've been replaced so that nobody else has to experience what my dad did on his 82nd birthday.
This was a great spot. It's next to a church so it was quiet. The house was clean and the items for the beach were nice to have. Our biggest issue was that we didn't have internet (so no TV, etc.) the entire stay (3 days) and did not get a response from the property managers when we emailed. There were a few items that were different than the ad. The coffee pot was not a Keurig and we had already purchased K cups. Also, a bottle of wine was advertised but not there - obviously not deal breakers but still, an inaccuracy. We would definitely stay again. The location was good, easy access to Publix and the beach, as well as plenty of dining options. The beach cruisers are a plus, especially if you don't want to walk the few blocks to the beach.
Stay was overall very good. Great amount of space. It was walking distance to beach and stores, with a short drive to some local restaurants. Great mattresses! Needed to replenish some supplies, and the cleaners were not doing their job thoroughly. Found storage bags with cereal crumbs, cups and candy rappers under beds in two of the rooms. The main carpet had numerous tiny stains, not sure from what. They had beach towels, and a dog crate which were nice touches. Would stay again!
