I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable and unsatisfying experience. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly—it would run for less than two minutes and then shut off. I brought the issue to the front desk, but the representative told me, “that’s how the AC is.” No offer to check the unit, switch my room, or find a solution. Being stuck in a hot, stuffy room for two nights made it hard to sleep and really took away from what should’ve been a relaxing stay. I expected basic comfort and at least some effort to address my concern, but that didn’t happen. Would not recommend staying here unless the AC situation is resolved and the customer service improves.

Wonderful Stay Miss yall already

I loved my stay at this location and if ever needed I will definitely reserve my stay at this location again and i would highly recommend to anyone .. the General Mgr was FANTASTIC along with her staff they were all WONDERFUL along with making me feel as if I was at home, upon leaving today it was bittersweet as I felt that was my second home and family.... Honey!!! I almost turn around as fast as I entered. No one was at the front so I waited 30+ minutes after having to call their phone and let them know I was waiting. Then the receptionist never showed her face she decided to lift the window. Guard up just enough for me to just see her hands. It was giving weird, I needed up calling more people to come with me cause the vibe was off and I had my children. The beds are very hard so if you like a firm mattress you are good. Overall okay I guess.
