The check in staff was pleasant. The room had dead bugs and was dirty. It smelled terrible. The bed was a VERY soft some kind of mattress no boxspring. I mean like pillow soft no support at all. Not comfortable at all. They close the desk as in pull down metal gate at 5 and you have to dial 500 to get assistance and have never seen that before in all my travels. My husband is not picky and he didn’t want to stay there either. It is non refundable so we just left and got another hotel. Would not recommend.

Lisa at the front, so nice and kind. She deserves a better position. It's an okay hotel. A little run down but it's clean. I honestly was in the room to sleep & that's about it. Lisa at the front desk is amazing! I am so grateful for her! She made me feel so welcome! Room could've been cleaner, it was pretty rough, but I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned it the best I could. Still the best bang for your buck. It's the only place I will stay when visiting home.

Upon my arrival they were doing cleanings of the a/c/'s but I honestly think they worked better prior to the cleanings..The only complaint here is that people keep over packing the washers and dryers therefore causing a fire. The alarm in everyone's room goes off late at night scaring everyone..This has happened 4 times in our 1 month stay here on top of the monthly fire alarm testings. So that's the only complaint I have.
